Shape the financial landscape at Trotman Auto Group as the Finance Director in British Columbia. You will lead financial operations for one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, spanning multiple dealership locations.
This role, reporting directly to the CFO, is ideal for a CPA with a strong background in finance leadership and operational excellence. You'll manage a team while driving financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance across 13 dealerships. Your influence will be crucial in strategic decision-making, acquisitions, and fostering growth initiatives throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct comprehensive financial reporting across dealership entities
• Supervise intercompany reconciliations and ownership reporting
• Standardize accounting processes and enhance efficiency
• Strengthen financial controls and governance across locations
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Requirements:
• Must hold a CPA designation
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 10 years of finance leadership experience
• Experience with multi-location finance operations
• Strong proficiency in financial analytics and reporting tools Utilize your leadership skills and accounting expertise to make a significant impact at Trotman Auto Group.
