Lead cybersecurity strategy at CSA Group as a full-time Senior IT Manager, protecting cloud networks, systems, data, and intellectual property.
This senior leadership role guides security operations and an enterprise-wide cybersecurity program. You will manage analysts and vendors, develop security policies, and collaborate with business and development teams. The position supports security by design, risk decisions, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide Security Analysts and Managed Security Services Provider activities
- Develop cybersecurity strategy, roadmaps, policies, and procedures
- Manage incident response processes, playbooks, and recovery planning
- Design penetration tests, security audits, and remediation plans
- Define security metrics, indicators, and service agreements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Seven to ten years of IT security experience
- At least five years leading security operations teams
- Required CISSP certification; CCSK or CISM preferred
- Knowledge of NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, and CIS
