In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of Methods employees, ensuring all systems undergo thorough testing and driving the implementation of manufacturing processes. Your technical expertise and leadership abilities will set the standard for operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead team efforts in supporting production activities
• Oversee Functional Test Procedural instructions completion
• Coach team to understand their roles in Operations Unit plans
• Integrate with Change Management for efficient operations
• Apply AES tools to implement improvements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree with minimum 5 years aerospace experience
• Experience leading technical teams, preferably within union settings
• Deep knowledge of Bombardier manufacturing and engineering standards
• Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
• Excellent presentation and communication skills Leverage your leadership and engineering skills to elevate Bombardier’s production processes and team dynamics.
