Candidates should have three to five years in the construction sector, focusing on project estimating and management. This role requires detail-oriented individuals capable of utilizing HeavyBid and Bluebeam for precise cost evaluations while working closely with the leadership team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects
- Provide accurate project quotes and proposals
- Liaise with the President for company strategy
- Analyze and estimate project requirements
- Negotiate costs with subcontractors and suppliers
- 3-5 years construction industry experience
- Proven estimating capabilities
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Software proficiency, notably HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
