Enhance ABB’s operational capabilities as an IS Application Specialist in a hybrid work setting. Utilize your strong skill set in RPGLe and SQL to address complex challenges and drive strategic improvements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Operations and Engineering Solutions Delivery Manager to support ELIP Manufacturing Plants in North America. With 10 years of experience, you will focus on installation and management of Information Systems services and identify enhancements to existing processes. Your bilingual skills in French and English will enable effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities:
- Install and manage legacy Information Systems services
- Identify and document inefficiencies for reporting
- Review and implement technical requirements
- Test and troubleshoot software updates
- Communicate with end users for support needs
- At least 10 years of experience in KBM support
- Skilled in RPGLe, SQL, SFTP
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proficient in legacy system management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
