This role demands a solid background in Operations Research and advanced pricing analytics. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that enhance retail and CPG operations while developing predictive models and optimization algorithms. Key Responsibilities:
- Refactor optimization algorithms using Python and OOP
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques for pricing optimization
- Develop predictive models to improve pricing strategies
- Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into solutions
- Stay updated on trends in data science and supply chain
- 10+ years as a Data Scientist specializing in optimization
- MS or PhD in relevant field
- Experience with Gurobi, CPLEX, or similar solvers
- Proficient in Python, Pyspark, SQL
- Strong communication skills
