We seek detail-oriented professionals eager to optimize operational efficiency. In this position, you will oversee service receipts and enhance compliance with procurement processes. You’ll be processing 75 receipts daily, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and collaboration with various stakeholders. Proficiency in both French and English will aid in effectively resolving service receipting issues and collaborating with internal and external teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Process service receipts in SAP ECC meticulously
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of each transaction
- Forward receipts to approvers within SAP ECC
- Process high volumes while maintaining quality
- Monitor outstanding receipts and follow up
- Proficient in SAP ECC, preferably in P2P
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet targets
- Analytical skills for problem resolution
- Bilingual communication skills in French and English
