Lead contract management with Fluor as a Senior Contracts Manager, overseeing high-value contracts in Canada. Drive compliance and risk strategy across diverse commercial structures. In this key role, you will provide strategic oversight for complex contracts, ensuring alignment with project objectives and commercial goals. With 15+ years of experience in EPC projects, your expertise in contract law and negotiation will help mitigate risks and support project delivery effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple large-scale contracts from formation to close-out
- Oversee onsite and offsite module contracts for alignment
- Develop contracting strategies that optimize value
- Anticipate risks and lead claims prevention initiatives
- Represent client and Fluor’s interests in contract matters
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, or related field
- 15+ years in contract management on major EPC projects
- Strong grasp of Canadian Contract Law
- Proven experience in claims resolution and risk management
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
