- Monitor engineering productivity for continuous improvement
- 15+ years in software engineering leadership
- Proven track record in scalable systems architecture
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Expertise in CI/CD, data compliance, and security standards
- Effective communicator with executives and engineers
