Join Eden Park as a Specialized Collections Representative and excel in managing financial loan collections. Your expertise in negotiation and communication will ensure timely payment solutions for customers.
In this full-time role, you'll manage the collection process, reaching out to past-due clients using various methods. Your responsibilities include assessing accounts, documenting actions taken, and achieving individual collection targets. You'll leverage your tech-savvy skills while working within company policies to minimize risks and ensure effective loan recovery.
Key Responsibilities
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers through various channels
• Document call activities in the Collections system accurately
• Assess accounts and refer for further action as needed
• Achieve personal collection targets to support departmental goals
• Handle additional collection responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in auto financing collections
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Experience with skip tracing and credit bureaus
• Preferred bilingual in French Drive your career in specialized collections at Eden Park, utilizing your communication and negotiation skills for impactful financial recovery.
