Samsara is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Cloud Governance Platform team. Here, you will take charge of developing critical components that enforce security, compliance, and software supply-chain integrity across AWS and GCP. Your engineering judgment will guide system design, ensuring we maintain robust and compliant environments that allow us to transform physical operations effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop cloud governance tools
- Implement automated compliance solutions
- Collaborate to address cross-functional governance issues
- Share insights and technical knowledge with peers
- Document design approaches and ensure team alignment
- At least 4 years of software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in Golang, Python, or related technologies
- In-depth knowledge of AWS, GCP, or similar
- Strong understanding of security and IAM systems
