- Supervise antenna engineering technician daily activities
- Lead the execution of corporate goals and KPIs
- Manage customer support and collaboration efforts
- Identify improvements in engineering processes
- Conduct near- and far-field antenna testing
- 5+ years in antenna design experience
- Expertise in wireless technologies and RF testing
- Proficient with relevant design software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to perform well under pressure and multitask
