Principal Electronics Design Engineer

Lead advanced electronics design in Waterloo, Ontario, shaping high-speed machine vision camera platforms through architecture, signal integrity, and system integration.

Teledyne Digital Imaging seeks a Principal Electronics Designer within Teledyne Technologies. You will guide board-level solutions, define design standards, and resolve complex technical challenges across high-performance CMOS and CCD imaging products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set electronics design direction for high-speed machine vision platforms
• Architect scalable, reliable board-level solutions for future products
• Lead cross-functional efforts addressing complex technical challenges

Requirements:

• Extensive analog, digital, mixed-signal, power, and high-speed expertise
• Recognized depth in PCB, signal integrity, and power integrity
• Experience with ADCs, DACs, FPGAs, and microcontrollers
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Typically 12+ years of relevant experience
