You'll assist with unloading trailers, conduct audits, and help manage returns and customer service inquiries. A focus on maintaining quality standards and enhancing operational efficiency will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
- Verify freight and assist in unloading trailers
- Process and sort packages, tackling returns proactively
- Conduct van audits and maintain operational records
- Support shipping and dispatching functions
- Engage in customer service and respond to inquiries
- Background in logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in handling documentation and data entry
- Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols
- Experience in training and mentoring staff
