Your expertise in full-cycle accounting, FP&A, and team mentoring will strengthen the company’s financial controls and monthly closes. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare global management reports for North America and Europe
- Lead payroll processes across regions, including commissions and bonuses
- Champion finance technology optimizations and enhancements
- Oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely payments
- Resolve client invoicing issues and negotiate contracts
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- 5+ years progressive finance experience
- Proven full-cycle accounting and FP&A abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and finance software
