You will lead stakeholder consultations, ensuring the smooth acquisition of land for project delivery. This role involves training teams, reporting on engagement efforts, and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders to foster trust and resolve issues promptly. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute land acquisition engagement strategies
- Facilitate communication with landowners and communities
- Provide training and development for engagement staff
- Generate reports on stakeholder engagement and risks
- Negotiate land agreements in collaboration with partners
- Bachelor's in Urban Planning or related field required
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of municipal and regulatory issues
- Proven negotiation and communication skills
- French bilingualism is highly advantageous
