Candidates should possess 8-10 years of dedicated incident management expertise, especially within complex, high-availability systems. Your role will focus on leading complex incident bridges, managing various technical teams, and ensuring operational continuity. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-urgency incident management processes
- Conduct post-incident reviews and drive improvements
- Collaborate with technical teams and senior stakeholders
- Maintain structured communication during stressful situations
- Support Oracle PeopleSoft in regulated environments
- Security clearance at the Reliability level
- ITIL Service Management certification, preferably ITIL 4
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French
- Proven experience in critical incident environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
