Lead Generative AI Software Engineer

Build generative AI applications for OpenText Content Aviator in Waterloo, using LLMs, RAG techniques, Python, and Node.js. Work is office-based in Canada. This Lead Software Developer role combines hands-on engineering with technical direction for an AI-powered, agentic platform. You will develop intelligent agents, orchestration frameworks, and production capabilities supporting conversational search, summarization, translation, and automation. Collaboration with product managers, architects, customers, and engineers is central to delivery.
