Lead the startup of a new manufacturing facility with Jabil in Prince George, VA. Oversee large complex equipment manufacturing while ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
As an Operations Program Manager, you will spearhead program execution and develop scalable manufacturing processes. This role requires strong leadership across cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality. You will manage schedules, budgets, and program performance while facilitating Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead customer programs from quotation to production
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Develop and monitor program schedules and milestones
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for project success
• Conduct root cause analysis and operational performance improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years in Program Management or Manufacturing roles
• Experience in large-scale equipment manufacturing preferred
• Strong expertise in Lean principles and methodologies
