- Design and implement scalable platform components
- Collaborate with engineering teams on project development
- Conduct design and code reviews for quality assurance
- Mentor and coach junior engineers in best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues across multiple service levels
- 8+ years in object-oriented languages, preferably Java
- Solid experience with cloud-based distributed computing
- Familiarity with Kinesis, Kafka, and data processing technologies
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles
- Experience in reliability engineering and data observability
