Porter Airlines Lead ACA Role

Become a pivotal leader at Porter Airlines by taking on the Lead, ACA position at Toronto Pearson International Airport. Ensure timely maintenance and serviceability of aircraft through effective team management. This role involves overseeing technicians in a dynamic line maintenance environment, ensuring compliance with Transport Canada regulations, and emphasizing safety and service excellence. You will coordinate efforts with MOC and other operations while maintaining aviation standards in all activities and tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee aircraft maintenance and defect resolutions
• Maintain compliance with aviation regulations
• Schedule and organize overnight work packages
• Direct the work of Apprentices and ACA’s effectively
• Utilize safety management systems for workplace incidents

Requirements:

• Required post-secondary education
• Leadership experience of 3 years minimum
• Valid AME M2 or E license from Transport Canada
• DHC-8-400 or Embraer E2 endorsements beneficial
• No criminal record according to Transport Canada
