Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related discipline
  • 5-8 years’ of progressive L&D experience
  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of instructional design methodologies
  • Proficiency in design and collaboration tools, including AI technologies
