Drive digital transformation as an Expert Embedded DSP Solutions Developer in our Grid Automation Technology team, dedicated to signal digitization and protection systems. We are seeking an experienced developer with a comprehensive understanding of embedded systems architecture. This senior-level position emphasizes strong DSP experience and collaboration with various teams to analyze and meet technical requirements. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and verifying DSP solutions for Square/UR products throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect DSP solutions meeting complex technical challenges
- Establish platform reliability and competitiveness strategies
- Promote platform reuse and trade-off evaluation
- Conduct discussions to align on technical strategies
- Negotiate and communicate complex technical points
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 years of software development expertise
- Minimum 8 years in DSP algorithm design (FFT, IIR, FIR)
- Proficiency in C/C++, Linux; embedded systems experience
- Ability to optimize code for performance
