This role demands a blend of strategic insight and hands-on capability to build a functional data platform that addresses investment analytics and AI needs. You’ll partner with diverse teams to raise data accessibility and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Define enterprise-wide data strategy and architecture
- Lead design efforts for data pipelines and models
- Ensure robust governance and security standards
- Manage and develop an elite Data Engineering team
- Translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- 10+ years in data engineering and architecture
- Proficiency in Databricks, Snowflake, and APIs
- Understanding of investment-related data
- Successful team leadership in technical environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement
