Candidates should possess extensive expertise in portfolio management and a strong strategic partnership with County leadership.
Lead governance for the capital portfolio within the PMO
• Develop and implement the Program Management Plan and SOPs
• Manage program and project controls, including financial forecasting
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance in PMO operations Bachelor's in engineering, construction management, or similar
• Proven success in overseeing multi-billion-dollar projects
• Proficiency in capital program systems and project management tools Bring strategic leadership, exceptional communication, and analytical skills to enhance county capital project delivery. #
