- Structure and advise on private and registered investment funds
- Negotiate investment advisory agreements with clients
- Support Ontario Securities Commission regulatory matters
- Assist in corporate governance for Neuberger’s Board
- Review proposals and oversee marketing materials
- 6-10 years’ legal experience, including 5+ years at a large firm
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian National Instruments
- Strong communication skills with executives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Independent and resourceful in complex scenarios
