Lead enterprise solutions engineering at NetApp across Ontario, Montreal, Toronto, or Ottawa, using technical pre-sales expertise and team leadership.
This country-level leader manages experienced, field-facing Solutions Engineers across Canada. You will shape enterprise pre-sales strategy, support complex opportunities, and connect technical execution with business priorities. The work spans data infrastructure, storage, hybrid or multicloud environments, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and inspire Enterprise Solutions Engineers
- Shape technical pre-sales strategy with Canadian sales leadership
- Guide discovery, solution design, validation, and technical wins
- Coach competitive deals and executive customer conversations
- Manage pipeline, coverage, capacity, recruiting, and development
Requirements:
- 10+ years in solutions or sales engineering
- 2+ years leading technical pre-sales teams
- Enterprise data infrastructure or storage technical background
- Complex enterprise sales cycle experience
- Willingness to travel throughout Canada
