This 18-month fixed-term position underlines your expertise as Director of Financial Reporting, directly reporting to the VP of Finance. You will oversee the global financial close, manage audit execution, and ensure compliance with US and international accounting standards. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and elevate your team's capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial accounting and reporting functions
- Manage external auditors and compliance with local laws
- Lead global tax planning and reporting initiatives
- Provide internal and external management reporting
- Drive AI-enabled finance automation and integrations
- CPA qualification with top-tier accounting firm experience
- 8 years leading global accounting operations
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Advanced knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS
- 4 years of people management experience
