Make a meaningful impact as an Empathetic Registered Nurse at Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine in Burnaby, BC. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and the chance to support patients in their fertility journeys. PCRM is hiring a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in a position dedicated to patient-centered care. You will perform assessments, administer care, and provide advocacy for patients in our IVF clinic. This role emphasizes critical thinking and a supportive team dynamic to foster personal and professional development. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to IVF patients
- Conduct thorough patient assessments
- Administer medications, perform phlebotomy
- Advocate for and educate patients on their fertility journey
- Ensure adherence to patient safety protocols
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BScN) required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Experience in reproductive health a plus
- Fully vaccinated as per health standards
