Direct land development and municipal engineering delivery with WSP, combining project management, client engagement, and technical leadership across four Ontario communities.
This Manager leads a high-performing practice serving Sudbury, Ottawa, Kingston, and Cornwall. You will guide municipal infrastructure assignments while strengthening trusted client relationships and supporting growth. Responsibilities span financial performance, project management tools, proposals, regulations, design, construction coordination, and resource planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage concurrent land development and infrastructure assignments
- Strengthen client relationships through discussions and negotiations
- Prepare proposals and cultivate partnerships for new work
- Ensure regulatory and standards compliance through construction
- Plan resources and balance delivery performance across offices
Requirements:
- Ontario P.Eng. registration with a Civil Engineering degree
- 15+ years of preliminary and detailed design experience
- 5+ years of proven people leadership experience
- Strong project management tools and transparent reporting experience
- Consulting experience is considered an asset
