With over 8 years in a superintendent role at a large general contractor, you'll drive short-interval planning, manage subcontractors, and coordinate site activities. Your leadership will ensure a safe, organized work environment while mentoring junior staff and maintaining project schedules. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily field operations and site management
• Drive effective short-interval and weekly planning
• Coordinate labour and subcontractors to optimize workflow
• Conduct foreman meetings and daily team huddles
• Ensure safety and organization on the project site

Requirements:

• Journeyperson trade certification or equivalent experience
• 8+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong grasp of construction drawings and sequencing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven experience in forecasting and project planning
