You will utilize communication skills essential for teamwork and ensuring timely meal service. A valid driver’s license and passing a background check are required. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness per Bureau of Prisons standards
- Prepare meals safely and attractively
- Clean and mop kitchen and dining areas
- Log menu discrepancies accurately
- Store food safely according to regulations
- High School diploma or GED required
- One year experience serving 25+ people
- Must have a food handlers license
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commitment to complete annual training
