Write clean, well-tested, production-quality code, and actively document legacy systems and workflows to prevent knowledge silos.

Participate actively in peer code reviews, ensuring code meets shared quality, performance, and security benchmarks.
Autonomous Execution: Work independently on assigned features from scoping through deployment, while maintaining tight alignment with the Tech Lead on scope boundaries.
Share technical knowledge with the team and contribute to a highly collaborative, growth‑oriented, and rigorous engineering culture.
Partner with the new platform development team to assist with feature alignment and technical transition points.
Participate in deployments, schema changes, and complex data migrations to ensure absolute service continuity for our educators and students.
Contribute high‑quality code, modern CI/CD pipeline improvements, and architectural best practices to the emerging ecosystem.
