Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of quality and alignment with product goals through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software designers
- Oversee design, testing, and delivery of embedded software
- Collaborate with factory teams for module testing and calibration
- Manage third-party vendor requirements and schedules
- Coordinate cross-team projects across different time zones
- Minimum 5 years managing software designer teams
- Experience with vendor management in software development
- Expertise in embedded software and driver development
- Familiarity with photonics and layer 0 systems
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
