• Identify CapEx projects and prepare business cases

• Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
• Over 10 years of aerospace industry experience
• Strong knowledge of aerospace materials and processes
• Proven communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in performance tracking and ERP systems
