Lead consumer sales channels as the Head of Sales & Delivery with Virgin Media in Dublin. Focus on strategic sales initiatives, partner performance, and channel effectiveness in a hybrid work model. As the Head of Sales & Delivery, you will oversee Consumer sales-channel performance, driving effective customer acquisition and go-to-market strategies. This senior role requires a minimum of 10 years in senior sales and commercial leadership, specifically within telecommunications or subscription-based businesses. Your leadership will engage direct, indirect, and partner sales channels to improve productivity and enhance customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Own direct, indirect, and partner sales-channel strategy
- Drive customer acquisition and conversion objectives
- Optimize channel mix for commercial returns
- Lead the adoption of AI-enabled sales tools
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery and risk resolution
- At least 10 years in senior sales or commercial leadership
- Proven success in omnichannel sales organizations
- Expertise in sales economics and commercial performance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives
