- Lead learning strategy and roadmap for EY-P Canada
- Advise senior leaders on skill needs and learning solutions
- Oversee a diverse EY-P learning portfolio
- Partner with stakeholders to maximize learning impact
- Drive initiatives in AI capability-building and change enablement
- 8+ years in learning or capability development
- Proven leadership in complex programs
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and project management abilities
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field
