Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President, Operations & Transformation serves on the leadership team and partners with product, engineering, and creative leaders. The remit includes studio production, product operations, people operations, accounting, IT, operating planning, and company-wide modernization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the operating model transformation roadmap
- Lead studio, product, people, accounting, and IT operations
- Partner with the CEO on P&L and operating plans
- Modernize processes with AI and measure delivered impact
- Build structures, roles, culture, and future leaders
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience, including 3+ years leading P&L
- Consumer software or digital services business experience
- Daily AI building experience and adoption leadership across teams
- Strong executive communication and precise decision-making
- Collaborative leadership across creative, technical, and business teams
Lead AI-enabled transformation, operating discipline, and organizational development from Big Viking Games’ Toronto Harbourfront office.
