Become a Technical Specialist at Altasciences to drive sample management excellence in Quebec. Oversee operations of Sample Management Technicians to ensure efficient process delivery and material integrity. In your capacity, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring the Sample Management Technicians Service group, ensuring that task execution aligns with industry standards. This role involves addressing issues proactively, conducting training sessions, and ensuring the proper handling and disposal of study materials while supporting quality assurance initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Sample Management Technicians’ activities
- Provide timely reports on significant concerns
- Deliver training on compliance and study material control
- Ensure container integrity and proper material destruction
- Conduct follow-ups and suggest improvements based on observations
- High school or higher degree in health sciences
- 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulation
- Knowledge of FDA-GLP, GCP rules
- Excellent skills in Watson LIMS and MS-Office
- Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
