• Supervise store during manager absences effectively
• Enforce policies and promote team accountability
• Create a full-service, fun experience for shoppers
Requirements:
• Experience in a retail management capacity
• Strong ability to communicate and connect with customers
• Commitment to a 45-hour work week
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
