As a key team member, you will help develop relationships with physicians while advocating for their insurance coverage. Responsibilities include analyzing existing plans, clarifying disputes, and providing comprehensive support to ensure client satisfaction. Your proactive member outreach will generate leads and drive new opportunities for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians
• Recommend appropriate insurance coverage solutions
• Facilitate approval of group applications
• Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to gather leads
• Provide escalated support for service requests
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in Business Administration
• 2-3 years of experience in licensed sales
• Understanding of the insurance sector
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
