- Lead and develop a team of software engineers
- Own software delivery across control and data plane areas
- Set technical direction and make architecture decisions
- Ensure coding standards for reliability and performance
- Collaborate with various teams to drive integration
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years in software development or systems engineering
- 2+ years managing software engineers
- Proficiency in C, C++, and Java/Kotlin for Android
- Experience with production ECUs under resource constraints
