Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor patient progress and intervene as needed
• Support families in understanding care processes
• Document all care and responses accurately
• Lead educational initiatives for patients and families
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Current BCCNM RN registration required
• Minimum of two years relevant nursing experience
• Completion of specialty nursing courses preferred
