Bilingual A/R Analyst at Grand

Excel at Grand & Toy as a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst, focusing on bilingual customer engagement and effective collections management. This role involves proactive communication and account oversight. As an integral part of the Grand & Toy team, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring compliance with payment terms while maintaining excellent customer experiences in both English and French. Utilize your skills in reconciliation and dispute resolution to support informed credit decisions effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and French
