Fiskars Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Iittala Factory and Hämeenlinna Distribution Centre in Finland. You will work close to daily operations, advising managers and employees on practical people topics while promoting fair and consistent HR practices.
You will collaborate with HR colleagues across the Nordics, contribute to local and Nordic HR projects, and ensure timely HR processes and data quality in a dynamic environment.
