- Design and implement AI architectures for financial solutions
- Lead document intelligence and workflow automation projects
- Mentor engineers on best practices in AI development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs
- Evaluate algorithms and models for production readiness
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
- 6-8 years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years in AI/ML solution development
- Strong knowledge of AWS and AI platforms
- Familiarity with document processing and data engineering
