- Develop and maintain fully integrated turnaround schedules
- Conduct critical path and risk analyses for projects
- Audit planner inputs using Primavera P6 software
- Communicate schedule status and variances effectively
- Support post-turnaround analysis and improvement efforts
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years industry experience
- Strong expertise in turnaround scheduling principles
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
