Elevate your career as a Senior Financial Accountant with NORR, where you’ll oversee month-end tasks and manage banking activities. Collaborate with accounts payable and ensure precise financial reporting. In this vital role, you’ll work closely with the accounts payable team to handle journal entries, banking reconciliations, and support year-end audits. Your expertise will ensure all financial statements maintain utmost accuracy, alongside managing fixed asset functions and performing detailed month-end analyses. You will drive process improvements by identifying financial challenges and collaborating cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process all journal entries for accuracy
- Maintain the journal entry log up to date
- Manage fixed asset accounting functions
- Perform monthly reconciliations of intercompany balances
- Support AP team in cash receipt postings
- College diploma in accounting or equivalent education
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles
- 10+ years of general accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
