Key Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures
• Maintain accurate HR databases and records
• Support payroll processing and verification tasks
• Administer employee benefits and assist inquiries
• Help coordinate employee engagement events

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 1 year of relevant HR experience required
• Understanding of BC Employment Standards
• Proficient with payroll systems and MS Office
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese Support HR initiatives and optimize processes at FPS Food Process Solutions Corp.
