Explore a strategic role as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst at Allianz. This hybrid position involves managing user access and supporting local IAM initiatives effectively. In this role, you'll report to the Head of Identity and Access Management and focus on business role-based access and user access recertifications. A skilled IAM professional with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience is ideal, as you will collaborate with stakeholders on segregation of duties and Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage role-based access and SoD checks
• Conduct user access recertifications and attestations
• Support IAM model implementation across regions
• Create and maintain relevant control documentation
• Serve as primary contact for IAM-related issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3-5 years experience in IAM or related role
• Strong IAM concepts and best practices knowledge
• Familiarity with user provisioning technologies
